Integrative Therapy

Many integrative practices can support your body’s ability to heal itself. By blending yoga, breathing practices, essential oils, mindfulness-based meditation, movement and Reiki, I will help you address issues of pain, injury, illness, depression, anxiety and PTSD. These practices 

are not only great for returning you to good health but for creating a platform  to live daily with vitality, resilience, and wellbeing.
